Prior to joining Irving Place Capital, Ms. Pearlman was a Senior Vice President at Sears Holding Corporation, where she was President of its jewelry business. Previously, she was an Executive Vice President at Ann Taylor, Inc., where she led the e-commerce business unit and direct marketing for its Ann Taylor and Loft divisions. Prior to Ann Taylor, she was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company and started her career in sales and brand management at The Procter & Gamble Company.
